3 Tendencies that are Holding Us Back from Improvement


Our brain is amazing. Not only it coordinated the immune system to fight off physical hazards, it also equips itself with layers and layers of defense mechanism to protect our mind. Ironically, it is the same defense mechanisms that are preventing us to grow up more often that it actually is protecting us.

Your psyche will try to shoot down anything that might keep things from staying exactly where they are. It doesn’t want to accept that you are wrong; You are always right.¬†So even now, some of you reading this might be feeling your brain bombard you with loads of reasons to reject it. If you’re one of those, I’m warning you that what follows might not be comfortable. But if you’re willing to embrace the discomfort for the sake of improving yourself, then let’s take a look together at the forms this mechanism often come in.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Advanced Grand Tournament Comics N Games January 2012 Coverage!

It was both an intense and exciting day.

Driven to pursue the glory of being the best Indonesian duelist in 2012, 126 duelists prepare their decks, mind, and skill, and attended the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG Grand Tournament, one of the pathways to the prestigious Yu-Gi-Oh! Indonesian Nationals Championship of 2012.

The Grand Tournament, which was held by Comics N Games, Jakarta, Indonesia, on 14th January 2012 attracted many people not just because the monetary value the prizes were worth of, but also because the prizes include three Wild Cards — a ticket to instantly get in the Top 72 of the upcoming Indonesian Nationals in March.

Every minute, the Earth is facing more and more problems. One of the prominent problems nowadays is plastic waste. Plastic waste is dangerous; It needs hundreds of years to decompose, can clog up rivers, disturb the natural ecosystem, and even when burned, it will result in an imperfect combustion process and turn into carcinogenic material in the air, which can cause fatal diseases to human.

However, the ever-increasing demand of plastic made it hard to solve this problem. Then, what we can do? This post will list 7 programs done by Japan to reduce plastic problems and things that we can also do ourselves.
